What  science actually says
Extensive medical studies show that regularly eating nuts can reduce the risk of various  cancers and cardiovascular diseases, rather than increasing it.

Biological Sciences

Rich in antioxidants: Nuts contain vitamin E, polyphenols, and other phytochemicals that reduce oxidative stress and protect cells from damage.

Anti-inflammatory: The  healthy fatty acids they contain (such as omega-3) help reduce chronic inflammation in the body, which is a known risk factor for cancer.

Fiber: The risk of colon cancer, in particular, can be reduced by a high-fiber diet, to which nuts also contribute.
